What are my shipping options?
At the moment we only offer one shipping option.
Free shipping will normally take up to 1 week for US domestic orders and 2-
3 weeks for all international orders (depending on the location and their
postal service).

What is the return / exchange policy?
Returns
CAPITÁN has a 14 day return policy. Due to health regulations we can only
accept returns of swim shorts that are unused and in their original condition.
To return the items please fill out the return form included in the package. In
the case that the product is damaged we can exchange the item.  Please
contact us for further detail.
Exchanges
CAPITÁN has a 14 day exchange policy. In order to proceed with the
exchange please fill out the exchange form included in the package.
Purchased items can be exchange for different size and or color. Keep in
mind that all exchanges are based on stock availability.

How is our size in relation to other swim shorts?
These good looking swim shorts are European cut / slim fit for that summer
swag that will make you look like the king of the ocean. That being said, we
recommend that  if you are in between sizes, you should choose the larger
option. We are working hard to convert them to the standard american sizes
for future styles, but in the mean time these are the available sizes:
XS = 28-29
S  = 30-31
M= 32-33
L  = 34-36
XL=36-38

Can I exchange for a different color / size?
Yes, indeed, but within the same product line.

When will I receive my refund or store credit?
Returns take 2-5 business days to reach our warehouse. Once the product is
received by us, the refund will be processed within 1 – 3 business days.  For
refunds please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3 – 5
business days to clear the funds back into your account.

Does Capitan sell in retail stores?

Can I track my order?
At this moment, tracking is only available for USA customers. As soon as
we proceed with an order a tracking number will be sent to the buyer! So
you can track away from the Caribbean to your doorstep.
Unfortunately, international orders cannot be traced. Hey! Its the best we
could do for free shipping!

Where are the orders dispatched?
CAPITÁN ships its products straight from the heart of the Caribbean. That
is, from the island of Puerto Rico.
